A historic village bonfire night on Chiddingfold's green, held on the weekend nearest 5 November. A torch procession leaves St Mary's School before the bonfire is lit and fireworks follow.

Good to know
- There is no parking in the village; park at Witley station (separate station parking charge) and take the shuttle bus from 5.15pm
- The A283 and roads round the green close from 5.30pm until about 10pm
- Apply in advance for disabled access parking by 30 October; it usually fills a week before
- Last shuttle bus leaves Chiddingfold at about 9.30pm

A family-run woodland garden of about 25 acres south of Chiddingfold, with a collection of rare trees, rhododendrons and azaleas. The tea house serves lunches and afternoon tea.
Witley and Milford Commons
Heathland, woodland and grassland a few minutes' walk from Witley village, with sandy paths that stay dry in most weather. A natural play trail starts from the Webb Road car park, and a map shows the nature trail and the Second World War baseball pitch.
