Brockham Green, Brockham · 7 November 2026

Held on the Saturday nearest 5 November, Brockham's village bonfire is built by hundreds of volunteers over many weekends and raises more than £20,000 a year for local causes. The day builds from a charities fair to a torch procession, the lighting of the bonfire and fireworks on the green.

Highlights

• Procession with the Marching Sea Cadet Band, with torches handed out to the public
• Bonfire on the green and fireworks at 8.15pm
• Roast pig auction and raffle after the display

Good to know

• Roads close from 5.30pm and the village is traffic free until about 11pm
• Organisers suggest parking in Dorking and walking through Betchworth Golf Club with a torch, or taking an extra bus from Dorking, Redhill or Reigate
• Bring some cash, as card signal can be patchy
• Arrive between 6pm and 7pm
